If we haven’t met, I’m Allison Samon, aka Health Allie,  Certified Holistic Health Coach, Environmental Toxins Expert and founder of Health Allie Lifestyle & Wellness. This plan provided me with a simple, easy to follow framework for stripping my diet down to healthy, natural foods. The plan is designed in such a fashion that there are plenty of opportunities to eat well balanced, delicious meals throughout each day of the detox. I never felt hungry & I hardly repeated a meal since there were so many delicious recipes to choose from! I liked some of the recipes so much that I plan on enjoying them on a regular basis after the detox!  In addition to being delicious, the recipes were easy to follow and did not require too much time & effort to prepare.  In my opinion, the key to staying organized and on top of the detox is to take the time to plan out each day’s meals and snacks a day or two beforehand. By planning the day’s meals beforehand, I was able to stay focused and not allow scheduling conflicts & other distractions from derailing me from the detox. I created this detox program for several reasons:

1. Life gets in the way of a healthy and nutritional lifestyle. While we might be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits.

2. Even though I believe in simple and gentle detoxes, cleansing can be tough to do on your own. This program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process.

3. Having gone through several detoxes, I often found I had questions along the way and wished I had a coach I could go to for direction.
